This develops from a skin-like cell (a squamous cell) that covers the cervix which becomes cancerous.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n          <div class=\"card\">\n        <h4>Adenocarcinoma Cervical Cancer<\/h4>\n        <p class=\"text-sm\">It is less common. This develops from a glandular cell (a cell that makes mucus) within the cervical canal which becomes cancerous.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n<section class=\"arrow-list\">\n  <h3>Signs &#038; Symptoms of Cervical Cancer<\/h3>    <div class=\"arrow-list__wrapper single-liner\">\n    \n    \n    \n    \n    <ul class=\"single-liner-list-wrapper\"><li>Bleeding between normal periods (intermenstrual bleeding)<\/li><li>Bleeding after having sex (postcoital bleeding)<\/li><li>Any vaginal bleeding in women post menopause<\/li><li>Blood in vaginal discharge<\/li><\/ul>  <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<section class=\"arrow-list\">\n  <h3>Treatment of Cervical Cancer<\/h3>    <div class=\"arrow-list__wrapper multi-liner\">\n    \n    \n    \n    <div class=\"multi-liner-list-wrapper\"><div class=\"list-item\">\n        <h4>Surgery<\/h4>\n        <div><ul>\n<li><b>Cone Biopsy: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is used to treat very early cervical tumors in women who want to preserve their fertility.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Radical Trachelectomy:<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is done in place of a hysterectomy for young women with early-stage cervical cancer who want to preserve their fertility.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Total Hysterectomy:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It is used in early-stage cases where removing the cervix and uterus is necessary. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Radical Hysterectomy:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It is used when the cervical tumor is large. The cervix, uterus, part of the vagina, some structures and tissues near the cervix, and the pelvic lymph nodes are removed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Pelvic Exenteration:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It is done when cervical cancer recurs locally (within the pelvis) after being treated with radiation therapy. The cervix, uterus, vagina, ovaries, fallopian tubes, lymph nodes, rectum, and\/or bladder are removed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n        <\/div><div class=\"list-item\">\n        <h4>Chemotherapy<\/h4>\n        <div><p>Chemotherapy is a treatment that destroys cancer cells with medicines. It is used with radiotherapy, or to help to shrink a tumor before radiotherapy or surgery. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n        <\/div><div class=\"list-item\">\n        <h4>Radiotherapy<\/h4>\n        <div><p>Radiotherapy uses high-energy beams of radiation that are focused on cancerous tissue. It kills the cancer cells or stops them from multiplying.
